Most plans come without joinery methods because there are so many ways to accomplish the task. This is a modular set of upper and lower cabinets for use as a miter station in the shop. Because of the modular design, the cabinets can be mixed and matched to best fit your needs. The standard wider lower cabinet is the perfect size to store sustainers from most major brands. They feature pullouts to easily reach items in the back of those cabinets, and the drawers can be customized to fit your shop's needs. There is a full free build video for reference.
